Learned counsel for the appellant states that after the present appeal was filed, the
Securities and Exchange Board of India has issued a communication on June 8, 2012
disposing of his application. Because of th e disposal of his app lication, the appellant
intends to modify the grounds of appeal as well as the reliefs sought for. The appellant,
therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a
fresh appeal against the communication dated June 8, 2012. The prayer is not opposed.
The Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
