1. Pursuant to our order dated 24th July, 2019, the Registry
issued notice to the Official Liquidator attached to the Delhi High Court requiring him to attend and pursue the appeal filed on behalf of the Company before this Tribunal.
2. The registry informs that the notice has been duly served
upon the Official Liquidator. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant Ms. Radha Agrawal has also produced a letter to which the order of the Tribunal dated 24th July, 2019 was duly served upon the Official Liquidator. The said letter dated 4th September, 2019 is taken on record. The Official Liquidator is not present nor has he authorized any person/counsel to appear on behalf of the Company.
3. Appeal and Misc. Application is accordingly dismissed
