1. We have heard Mr. Zal Andhyarujina, Senior

Advocate assisted by Mr. Shrey Sancheti, Mr. Ankur Loona, Ms. Aparna Wagle and Ms. Swapna Roopavate, Advocates for the Appellant and Mr. Mustafa Doctor, Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Anubhav Ghosh, Advocate for the Respondent through video conferencing.

2. Three weeks time is allowed to the Respondent to

file reply. Two weeks thereafter to the Appellant to file rejoinder. The matters would be listed for admission and for final disposal on 9th October, 2020. In the event for some reasons the matters could not be decided on that date it would be open to the Appellant to press the interim application.

3. Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours

before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video conferencing or through physical hearing.
