1. We have heard Mr. C. R. Raghavendra, Advocate

assisted by Mr. Sriraj Menon, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr. Anubhav Ghosh, Advocate for the Respondent through video conference. Mr. C. R. Raghavendra, learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instruction from the appellant and, consequently, prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw his vakalatnama. Prayer granted. press the appeal the same is dismissed for want of prosecution. Consequently, Misc. Application nos.389, 390 and 391 of 2020 are also dismissed.
