1. An amendment application has been filed by the

Appellant for bringing on record certain annexures to their replies filed before the inspecting team and to the show cause notice. A prayer has been made that on account of lockdown the same could not be brought on record at the time of filing the appeal. This application is opposed by the Respondent stating that they need to verify as to whether these documents were filed before the inspecting team or to the replies to the show cause notice.

2. In view of the aforesaid, let an objection, if any, be

filed to the amendment application within a week from today. Rejoinder may be filed within a week thereafter.

3. The matter would be listed on 18th September, 2020

for admission and for final hearing including the amendment application.

3. Parties are directed to contact the Registrar 48 hours

before the date fixed to find out as to whether the hearing would take place through video conferencing or through physical hearing.

4. The present matter was heard through video
